HIDs - what level do you use?

Just wondering what folks are using on the manual leveling of their HIDs. I've been using 1 lately, but not sure if I go to 0 if it will blind folks. Thanks in advance!

Sounds like the level was adjusted at realistic levels for the X. For the IX, 0 was preset just high enough to see nothing.

I usually just readjust them. On the STi i adjusted the lowest setting to the stock zero level. Make good use of the adjuster for the driving on dirt roads. I dont know why would want your headlight to aim that low to the ground.

Haha, yea thats how I roll too. You flash, I blind. I put it on the lowest when I'm in a well lit area, aka parking lot, well-lit city street, etc. The rest of the time its usually on the highest.

You have to take the little gear off the back of the headlight and rotate it whichever way you prefer then screw the gear back in place for the auto leveler to work.
