you might need a spacer on the front. Maybe a 5mm. Also, what suspension will you be using?

Yeah. its all depending on the wheel design. Also, some coilovers will rub on the inside but you should have this problem with the eibachs.

275 on the 10.5 will have a slight stretch so you should be OK as you have already test fitted the wheels.

Tires

Last thing 275/30/19's or 275/35/19's, on 10.5's... Can't decide... My fear is a tire rub... Or will both these work? Rather have a 35 series on my car...

You're most likely going to have to go 30's. If you want 275/35, go 18's. But depending on your offset, with 10.5, you're going to need a roll 100%. Also it depends on your suspension.

I rub somewhat on 18x9.5 +12 w/ 255/35/18's.
I'm running Eibach Pro Kit Spring, but once I get some decent coils, I won't have to worry about rubbing with 265/35/18's.

Just noticed you have +27 offset, pretty high for an "aggressive fitment"
But with those offsets, you should be pretty good.
Mind if I ask what kind of wheels you're getting?

Yeah, or else you'll be going a bit quicker than your speedo says. But 275/30/19's the proper fitment for those wheel sizes.
