The Ultimate Aggressive Wheel Thread... Evo X Style
that is just sick. and wrong. and badass. and bs... so torn... you've got the max drop at full steady state compression in the front dialed in! Just look at the less than 1/2" gap to the ground in the front on the corner! perfect for a smooth track, but disaster if there are any bumps... but i don't care! its sick. i love it. and then all my engineering spidey senses go ape ****. gah! bah! no point in having more front travel if the bumper is already on the ground... already on the bumpstops... but... looks.so.sick. Love it! ack, yet...
would love to see how much tire the right rear has on the ground in this pic. killer how flat the left front and rear are with that much tuck. i'm drooling right now.

Once i get k-mac camber/caster upper plates i will be money once i can dial in caster then i will be able to get the ideal handling with a bit less camber. honestly the car feels GREAT right now... i discussed in another thread the alignment and swaybar settings. I am very very happy with the settings we arranged with Robispecs helpful suggestions. I have a few more tricks up my sleeves and i know robi does for me.
Here is a rear pic in the same corner. it kinda looks like my inside front tire is about to come off the ground lol. i bet with a smoother sweeper and some serious race tires i could ride on the two outer tires .the car sticks GREAT and with the settings i have won't really get UPSET under braking ....it requires throttle then it tightens and rotates perfectly with any amount of oversteer i require with my right foot

I will be ordering a set of 18 x 9.5s in the next month. I dont want to lower the car because of road conditions around WV. I was wondering what offset and tire size to go with? And what brand tires is most popular? I want something pretty sticky but I want them to last a little while as well? Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
An offset of +25 to +30 works well on an 18x9.5 wheel for the Evo X. I would recommend 265/35 Nitto NT-05 tires. That's what I'm running currently. If you don't mind a bit of tire noise going down the highway, you'll love the grip in the corners!
