it was a fun day, I plan on going back for the classes to get access to the track. There'd another thread on this in the Northeast section too. I think Speedlounge took all their pics earlier in the day, we got there around 11:30.

From what I saw, that X looked great though!

Seems like a nice little track for casual days. What happened to the wrecked Nissan?

Bummer. Is it a heavily regulated course with corner workers and passing zones or is it a free for all?

So when you crash your car at the track, you're screwed right...no insurance help? That sucks for that nissan

there was no passing, and yes, if you crash at the track.. most-likey, insurance will not cover it.

No passing at all? So what happens when you're stuck behind a much slower car?

You drive right up their asses and drive like a jerkoff. At least that was the general consensus.

In actuallity it was just a "try out" trackday. No passing and a slower paceis the usual rule for complete track novices. Unless you had the lead car, with an instructor in it, you were in traffic or slowing down to make a gap, then blasting ahead for a bit.

Fortunatley I knew one of the instuctors, after a few warm up laps to show me the line and braking points, he let my reigns out.

i left them to leave me at least two turns, then speed up. And i did run a supposidly expert grope.

But the whole idea was to let my wife run the car that day. I did only one run.

So she drove the car rest of the day. but not in the pictures .
