Girodisc is looking to make our trunk in carbon fiber.
Hey all. We have had a lot of interest in the custom duckbill trunk we made for our EVO X project car and now that the winter is here we have time to take it off and send it away to be replicated in carbon fiber. We don't have a set price but we would like your input on if this is something some of you would (actually) be interested in having. It would be 2x2 twill and carbon fiber threw and threw both sides. It would be a fill trunk with the spoiler instigated not just the spoiler.
Here are some pics:
Let us know turn around time on this can be a soon as 3 weeks so we are excited to see what you guys think. We are also looking into replicated all the black platic on the exterior in CF but we'll start with this for now.

I remember a lot of people were interested in this though. I dont think you could go wrong by producing them.
If we do it we are going to paint ours.

I would buy this for my new X immediately as long as the price is reasonable.
Send me a prototype, I will fit it, review it, whatever you want...IMO, this really is a great alternative to the large wing, and 100x better than the smaller standard wing on the X
