I just did mine but i have a GG not a PB and if you want them smoked you will have to do it yourself with paint, i dont think they make a smoked tail light yet. But you can buy a tint for them

looks good, do you remove the lights to put the lamin X on??

and do you have a close up of the edges to see how tight of a fit it is??

I didn't put it on myself, because I don't have experience w/it & wanted someone else to blame if it didn't turn out right It cost me around $160 (can't remember exactly, it was a while ago).

As for pics... it's dark & I don't feel like taking any. But, I can tell you the front ones are perfect 'cuz of the easy access the install guy had to the lights by popping the hood. The tails could have been a tiny bit cleaner in a couple spots (hairline segments of red exposed), which wouldn't have existed if he had removed the lights for install. The only part that slightly bothered me (which is just what happens w/film & a 2 part light) is being able to see red, in between the 2 parts of the lights (where the exposed screws are).

If you were gonna spend that kind of money, why not just swap on some ralliart tails?

^exactly... if you lived closer to me, I'd do them for less than half w/ the spray. That, I know how to do & is very easy. Costs about $15-$20 + a decent amount of time for a good job.

I like them, but I like my overlays just a tad more... maybe the large price difference plays into that though.

^yes. There's something out there called "nightshade" I believe. That works, but I just went to a local auto paint shop & asked what they had. I bought (as it appears on the label):
OMNI PAK
MasterBlend
EZ TOUCH
used w/enamels, lacquers, vinyls, & acrylics.

I used it on a friend's lights & so far so good, after 2 or so years & many car washes
