Theres a cheaper solution...
When u r thinking of driving at 1/4 throttle...just press half throttle instead.
When u r thinking of driving at 1/2 throttle...just press 3/4 throttle instead
etc

Initial impression on my MR: There is no more throttle lag! You touch the gas and it goes (instant throttle response)! Its so quick that even turbo lag is hardly detectable anymore. I was testing this last night with SST in Normal Mode, it picks up even faster than Sport or S-Sport mode from stop, no joke! I will do more driving to see how it feels. As of now, I like it alot!

Curious if this can be done with ECU tuning - Some genius like Tephra could probably pull this off if the code was more compliant

hrm,

i really wanna know if this can get rid of the rev hang as someone else mentioned earlier in the thread.

i understand that the response is greatly improved when you step on the gas but how about when you let off? is that lag still there when you let off?

See my review on different settings.

It comes with PnP harness, very straight forward install.

You gain a huge improvement in throttle response, no more DBW throttle lag.

I did some back to back full throttle runs on my MR, there is definitely more pull at every upshifts with the controller on.

If you put in that way, its almost like adding SS-Sport, SSS-Sport, SSSS-Sport to the tranny, except for the shift times remains the same while throttle response is that much better.

Yes, if not even more than what the graph shows. I was surprised the improvement from Eco and SP1 mode already.

No, this device only alters the throttle signals when you are on the gas.

Wrong. No matter how fast your right foot is, the TC could do it MULTIPLE times faster than what you are physically capable of.
