Just picked this up today for my GSR. Will install and test over the weekend and let you guys know...

Question to OP, where did you tap the power source from?

Wow, very very clean.

I don't even need one, but the pictures sure make me want to get one!

Okay, so all I have to say is....

IT WORKS ON MY GSR. I'm not sure if people will be able to justify paying $300+ for this Blitz unit, but for what its worth, I've seen good money being thrown away at other things like BOV's etc.. so take it as you will...

The throttle is definitely more responsive and SP3 mode is simply just crazy. The car just wants to launch on its own when you feather the throttle. This totally reminds me of my "M" sport button on my old E39 M5. Its exactly the same.. To test it, I kept a constant speed, and turned the unit on and off... you could feel it immediately.

Worth it? For me, I think so... For others? depends on how baller u are. j/k

I say TRY IT. it works.

BTW, install was super easy, but hard at the same time. You ONLY NEED to wire up one wire to a +12v. The rest consists of a jump-harness. It goes in between the gas pedal sensor and the original harness attached to that.

Getting that harness was a bit of a challenge since I had to contort to get under the dash. Other than that, install was pretty straight-forward. I temporarily tapped the red 12v wire to the cigarrete lighter. Im going to try to relocate that since its inducing stereo noise into my car...

Other than that, install took maybe 20 minutes?

I feel anything that would have to be spliced into your throttle controller not only sounds dangerous for the driver. but any other person who drives your car.. ect you would probably have better results with a hydro ems, ams ems, or anything other custom map made for you..
though it looks cool…. doesn’t look like could give the same as and high quality ems

Looks nice tho

Glad that you liked it its great that it works just as good on a GSR. I have been turning mine ON everyday since I got mine, stock throttle lag is just unbearable

I find myself using SP1 daily and SP2 during aggressive driving. SP3 is simply designed for track only cause its dangerous...lol

LVSBB6, curious where you tapped the +12v wire... I temporarily used the cigarette lighter fuse, but i wanted a more permanent install...

TIA!

I used a volt-meter and found a constant 12v wire under the steering wheel panel, it might be a ignition wire or some sort but Im not sure.

wait, you connected to a constant and not an ignition/acc wire??? does that mean the unit is powered 24/7?

lol no, its only powered when the ignition is ON, so it must be an ignition wire.

I'm kind of interested in this throttle controller for my Ralliart.
I would like to find out more about the sp2 mode where you called it "Dangerous"
What does that mean? hahaha
