I like to switch it up. Take it off put it back on. All of my friends hate the wingless look but I like it for a change. Right now I am sporting the wing.

+1 If you're gonna go wingless, the Do Luck trunk is the only way to go.

I personally don't like the SSS wing since it blocks my view so I plan to go wingless with a deck mechanical spoiler or something similar.

Are you kidding me? Do you understand how little drag the wing creates below 60? And how insignificant the drag it creates is above 100?

Anyway, to the OP, do whatever you think looks best? I don't get why people create threads like this. If you honestly care what other people think about your visual mods, you are buying an Evo for the wrong reasons.

Keep the wing! Looks like a Lexus to me without a big wing...

they beauty of having both trunks is the ability of switching the look of your evo by swapping the trunks. I have rocked all three: WINGED, WINGLESS OEM with OEM LIP spoiler, and DO LUCK wingless...

All look good depending on the mood I'm in. lol

Baller...

You have to have a favorite? Personally I think wingless OEM with lip spoiler is the way to go.

Definitely prefer with the wing. Wingless is ok, but seems a bit odd when viewed from the side profile.

.....No I'm not kidding you. If you have a link to some sort of study, demo, or experiment with a 2008 Evo X with SSS package conducted in a wind tunnel I'd be more than happy to read it. Forums are for knowledge sharing, so it'd be greatly appreciated if you could provide that so I can learn a thing or two about exactly how little the wing creates drag under 60. I didnt comment on anything regarding the "insignificant drag above 100" since it's illegal to drive that fast on U.S. roads. If you track your car every weekend obviously that's more important to you. Thanks.

Wingless looks terrible and reduces the resale value of the car IMO. But if it's your car do it the way you like it so different strokes for different folks.
