Pardon me for reviving this dead thread, but I need to know your thoughts on Venture Shield clear bra. I will have one installed on my X this Friday, and an installer quoted me for $595 installed on 24" of the hood, fenders aligned with the hood (left and right), front bumper, headlights (left and right) and mirrors (left and right) and rear panels (left and right) and comes with lifetime warranty.
Is Venture Shield the way to go?

Having seen some people with the traditional "bra" on their car, the paint not covered by the bra changed color over time. So when you take the bra off, you can tell where the bra was since the paint under the bra looks newer. I wonder if the clear bras will have the same effect. The paint under the clear bra will look newer.
Just got ventureshield applied to my car. Couldn't be happier. Installer charged me 550 for bumper, mirrors, rockers, rear aero, and the top portion of the rear bumper. Just bought my X this past week and this has probably been the best thing I could have done living up here in Chicago.
I have Aerotect clear bra..they work with planes and cars.. all of my cars have em. doesnt turn yellow and has warranty. Good installers as well.
