Talking Rear-ended, fixed, painted & almost home!

I took the day off work to visit Dell Autobody, a shop specialized in repairing exotic cars, to see how the Evo's doing. I was rear-ended by a prius on the freeway a month ago, and chose to have the car fixed here instead of the stealership.

Just wanted to share photos of the shop, the (damaged) exotics and the incredible work they've done on my Evo. This is 10k worth of damage - had to replace front and rear bumpers, trunk, rear diffuser, intercooler & exhaust among other things.

First, here's pics taken the day after the accident:

Here're photos taken today:

The Evo being wet-sanded after its paint job yesterday:

Fitment of the new OEM parts were perfect

Amazing paint-match job:

Ken, the manager of the shop - great guy, always punctual with calling about updates and keeping me informed about the car's repair status:

Just across the road was their paint shop:

I highly reccomend this place if you live around San Jose, CA, and need your car worked on. Incredible work, amazing customer service, all round great guys!

Dell AutoBody is legit! Im from San Jose, and had my STi's body damage worked on by them. There shop is clean, and they work on some really nice cars (if the pics don't already tell you). There a pretty penny, but if its coming out of someone else's pocket, thats where I would have taken it as well.

Love the GG MR! You do drives up Hwy 9 ever? We should hook up and do a sunday cruz.

Hit me up!

It wasn't debadged before getting into the accident. I thought it looked alright with the badges, but after seeing the car without, I'm reconsidering

Yes, they did an amazing job! Majority of the OEM replacement parts took 2 weeks to arrive after the insurance had their damage estimates done, so they've worked on the car for almost 9 days now.

Exactly! Definitely hit this shop when someone else's insurance is paying!

I'm glad you've experienced their excellent service & work as well on your STi - it's great to know they kept up their standards! Thanks for the kind words on the car, I've not been on Hwy-9, would love to take up your offer when I get a free weekend

Haha thanks, it's definitely a nice result while being unable to drive the car for so many weeks.
