buy new rims, from rotas to volks and enkei in between and sell your stockers to evo 8-9 owners to get some dough back from what you spent on your new wheels.

If I powdercoat them the way I want, I won't want to change wheels

yeah, well the place I am TRYING to contact has yet to get back to me so i'm pretty irritated about that... at least I can get a price from them, and then see if getting a different set warrants that.

IMO by the time you take your wheels off, dismount your tires, get them powder coated, remount your tires, you may as well just save yourself some headaches and get some ROTAs, sell your stockers (or save for winter use). You are going to have 300-400 (tires off, tires on with balance, plus at least $50-80/wheel minimum for the powder work) bucks into powder coat anyway. Probably can sell your stock wheels for that much at least.....950-400=550 for the ROTA's and a more unique look compared to stock wheels.

Plus way more downtime with the powdercoat option.

Yeah, but to be honest, I think the Rota's are ugly.

Not trying to call you out cause I want to powder coat mine too, but it sounds like you already have your mind made up, and cant afford another set of wheels anyway so the option you want is powder coating, the only option you can afford is powder coating so............powder coat them already then post some pics....I now have a headache lol
