Saw this today...2010 EVO X SE

I had no idea these were already out. I'm in Orlando on business right now, and I passed by a Mitsubishi dealership just to look at the X's and they had 2 GSR's and these two SE's. I wish I was ready right now. I would have taken this blue one home. I didn't think they were coming until next year. The blue SE, or possibly a white one will be my next car. The blue looks great... Dunno wtf Mitsubishi was thinking with the chrome add ons on the black car's mirrors. Anyway, enjoy.

Is there even anything "special" about these? at least the Evo IX SE had the diamond black wheels, red stitched seats, and the SE lip.

BUT, the only reason the SE's got that stuff was because in every other country those items were changes to the 2007 model from the 2006. They never released a 2007 model in the states so they released an SE with the 2007 appearance changes.

The EVO X SE has been available in japan for sometime now. All it is is a gsr with the optional SST. BUT for the US market it offers a cheaper alternative to the MR. It gives you all the MR goodies you want for less money and without some of the extra comfort crap that doesn't matter anyway. That said, it would have been nice to get a lip or wheels or something, but like I said the only reason the IX's got that is because it was standard equipment on another model already. They aren't going to create all new parts for one model in one market.

When I get mine I'm adding the big wing. I don't like that little lip spoiler. I actually use my downforce. I need the wing.

Man, the SE is the exact opposite of the Evo I want. If they made a car that was basically the MR *without* the SST I'd be all over it.

I mentioned this before in another thread... the 2011 X SE should have been a GSR but with the MR interior and maybe MR wheels..

Oh yeah Chrome mirrors are gay

I don't understand why would anyone take off the wing of their EVO!?!? I believe the wing is what makes the Evo an Evo...! It separates itself from others by its destinctive look...! Before alot of people would try to emulate the Evo's style by placing an UGLY wannbe Evo wing and body kits on their rides, those of which we call RICERS, but now some Evo owners are trying to emulate those without one.... So in reality, who are the ricer!?!?
