my brother had exactly same problem on exact same spot with his GTS. we called insurance, they came and gave him 1300 to fix it. i dont know is it going to be any different for you since yours is evo

 

You should knock on his door and kick the s**t out of him... and then walk away like it never happened.. see if he likes it...

 

that is f**ked up, I would've knocked on his door and confronted his *** right there. he should at least put a note in your car that he hit your car. Since he didnt I would get his ***. This is one of the reasons why I park my car in the drive way because you never know. Good luck tho and let us know what the verdict is.

This makes me sad, I don't know how people can smash into someone's car and then leave....I guess they just have no consideration for anyone but them selves. Hope you get a fat insurance check and possibly get some carbon doors or something!

Hey Battle sorry to hear about your door, Ive had some bad luck myself, last month in a parking lot i get my right rear quarter panel & tail light dented/cracked, so i get that taken car of and yesterday leaving school i get rear ended...what bad luck I'm having with my car.

Yeah, I was really pissed when I went out to the car and saw it. It happened right before a check ride I had been studying for and I was pretty mad. I had to calm down for my test. The person who did this is an idiot. He parked his car the next day 30 feet away from where I could see it. Lucky for me he is not smart and Cops will be charging him with a hit and run. His insurance rates will crazy high. It's hard to go out and see your pride and joy and jacked up, and feel helpless because someone just drove away. I will definetly keep this post updated with pics. I'll get some pics of the other car up so you guys can see the proof.

Sorry to hear that Battle, I hope you get you baby back to normal soon. I almost though my car was cursed or something. I get alot of compliments on Post but not sure if the Alabama locals like a "foreign" car spanking their mustangs all day long.

my first week of owning the car, on the freeway someone hit a piece of tire and it flew
directly in my path, i could not swerve as there were cars left and right of me
so i hit it dead on, and it messed up my lower lip
