Was studying all night for a Check ride I had the next day. I let the dogs out at about 1030 pm and saw a funny glint of light coming off the drive side door. I got my flash light and walked out to my car to see this.






I went out looking around at the other cars in the area. I didnt find anything untill this morning. I got up for PT and left the house at about 530 am. I saw a red old model grand am with damge to the left rear bumper. I got out and check the paint, it matched perfect and the scratches were still fresh.

I will give an update on the outcome.


UPDATE
Here are the pics of the other car after I found out there did it by searching the other cars in the area. The guy denied it having hit my car, but finaly admitted it when I had the cop there and showed the cop and the owner how fresh the paint scratches were. He finaly gave it when he knew he had been caught.

I usually dont park outside but the wife parked in the drive way and blocked me so I just parked it in the street, I've never had any trouble untill now. Hell, I park so away from other cars at Target and Wal Mart that it takes me a good 5 mins to make it to the doors. :P

I never had good experience with any grand am owners!!!! most owners cant drive for Sh*t around chicago!!!!!!

yeah definitely take pictures of the other car if you haven't already...have someone hold a ruler up to your car and theirs for evidence purposes and contact the local police

 

Call police ASAP and take pics of everything.

 

Damn that sucks, take pics, get the guys plate, call the cops and hand him his own ***, make sure the cops write him a ticket for a hit and run as well!!!

I like those rims what are they?

 

It is off base, about 5 min outside the gate. A civillian hit it. I am going to get a tape measure and take pics of the Grand Am and have the cops come take a look at it to confirm everything. My insurance is already working on it.

 

Rims are 19x10 +25 Advan RZ. I have Hankook's on there.
