got myself a new hoya polarizer (my first polarize filter!), thought i'd try it out. yeah i know about the vignetting, because i stacked a uv filter under it. didn't catch it until i saved it on pc...and it looks like i should have aimed the polarizer a bit toward the sky instead of toward the right

i'm pretty sure there's other improvements to be had with the pic though...just haven't tried it all yet, as i'm still kinda new to using a slr over my old school point and shoots. any comments and tips are appreciated

mm...they're not bad for the price. but i wouldn't go buy another set of HPS for the evo. the difference between the HPS and the oem pads is disappointing, in the sense that HPS is actually worse. i get a set of pads expecting an upgrade, but in reality i downgraded. if it wasn't for the low dust and easy to clean off, i would have ditched them a good while ago. i have a set of girodisc magic pads sitting here, will probably go on later this year.

well you have...um...snooki.

this is along the PCH at malibu. there's hundreds of such spots along the way. was on my way to neptune's net and asking toretto how he got all his jdm parts overnight. shot with a canon t2i, ef-s 18-200mm f3.5 lens. wb set to cloudy and upped the contrast + saturation two points.

next i'm going to try some shots at the nearby mission...and if i have time i want to try some shots at the santa barbara vineyard
