Best touchup paint?? What do you use??
Best touchup paint?? What do you use??
I just bought a 2011 GG Evo X MR and plan on putting lots of miles on the car. And from what I have been reading about the 'not so great' paint, that has me thinking ahead about touchup paint. I have tried searching with the search button, but came back short. So, can you help out a new owner?
(I use to use touchup123 on my corvette, but it looks like they are no longer in business....) Thanks in advance.

I have had good experiences with www.paintscratch.com in the past (with other vehicles) and am about to order some paint for the evo from them

I got some Dupli-Color mixed in an aerosol can at a local automotive paint store and it worked great on a spot of rust that I just repaired on my 03. Here's the website if you don't have an auto paint store close by.

The other thing you can do is make sure you stay on top of detailing the car. Wash it regularly and wax it every couple of months and that should also help. FWIW I also haven't heard good things about the touch-up pens that Mitsu sells.
