Why I went with a dual tip exhaust

I had a single exit exhaust prior to this...but I just like the dual better.
Your car doesn't have to run pig rich...really shooting flames is just a matter of a straight through exhaust and getting your muffler hot enough to ignite the unburnt gas in the exhaust. You almost always have unburnt fuel in your exhaust after you let off of the throttle at WOT. That goes for any car.
