Evo X Front Bumper Rubber Bottom Protector Help!

Hi, on my Evo the front bumper has a rubber bottom piece that is secured by nylon rivets, I'm actually missing some of those rivet and the bottom piece is not correctly secured, its hanging a bit I was wondering, what size should those rivets be (mm or cm) and if I can get them at places such as AutoZone, also do I have to use nylon rivers or is there any other alternative to securing the rubber bumper protector to the car.

It's not just the little rivets that are holding the rubber piece on, it's glued on the entire length of it and then has the rivets about every 8-10". It will still sag unless you complete reglue it/replace it or add additional screws/rivets in other spots after the initial damage has occured.
