Ark Design MFD 2 PICS!!!
Ark design USA like HKS USA closed down a little while back. I also need to track them down to replace my display. It was how I saw my speed sin e my boost and AFR are on the column and block my speedo.
What afr do you speak of? Do you have an extra sensor installed? How so? I have an email from ark USA stating the sensor works for mfd 1 but not mfd2. Do u mean afr that is reading off of the ecu?
Maybe i should have said it a little differently i have separate AEM boost and AFR gauges on my steering column and they block my speedo and Tach so i used the MFD2 to see my speed and Tach as well as Water temp and Injector duty cycle. AFR as far as i know only works with MFD1.
MFD2 will read boost up to 1.5 bars, Water temp, Inj duty cycle, speed, and tach are all good. Oil pressure and Temp and AFR need extra sensors. Remember this unit is Universal meaning can be used on other cars. Some cars everything can be read from the OBDII but not on Evo X. Now if your running more than 1.5 bars of boost you'll need the extra sensor. I had my MFD2 and i used the Water temp to know that my car was warmed enough to drive before the OEM bar graph displayed blue. I used the Speed and tach on it since my external boost and AFR gauges blocked my Tach and MPH gauges.

^orange from what I read on there web site it looks like it reads A/F from the existing 02 sensor, this is what I want the unit for to read A/F. There is a lot of people saying its not accurate because it uses the OBDII port. my question is if its not accurate to read A/F why didn't they provide an extra sensor like the 1st MFD.
