Sorry for the delay I have been enjoying the weather outside all weekend.
I went with Fortune Auto. Ride is actually close to stock, just a tad stiffer. I went with 8k/9k.

That does make sense. I would say 18 just because I barely see anything else on evo's haha. But they it looks like a track car maybe 17s. Loving the bronze look btw.

No that isn't the reason. Height doesn't make wheels look smaller or bigger. It's that any lip wheel will make it look 1" smaller. Example, 19" lip wheel looks like 18", 18" lip wheel looks like 17" and so forth. Depth of the face on a wheel is obscured by the shadowing/reflection of the lip making the face look smaller. The opposite affect is achieved with a super concave wheel that starts at the lip of the barrel. Example, 18" concave looks almost like 19" wheel, 19" concave looks almost like 20". The starting point of the face on where it is attached on the barrel is where it gives the illusion of either a bigger or smaller wheel.
