After seeing my cousion's SMD LED lit G35 interior. I started looking around what I could do to the Evo's interior. I found superwhiteleds.com and a few other LED websites and ran a search on here, but I couldn't find an picture of any with SMD LEDs on the interior? Can someone please post their car and a link to where they got their LEDs?

 

42 has some pretty sweet LED's. Im sure you'll just have to match it to your bold type.

Surface Mount Diodes -- they solder on to a board rather than hanging off wires.

 

These are for VWs, will they fit the Evos?

 

I always use Vled's. I have used their bulbs for years and still haven't had one go out on me. Some of the cheaper brand that I tried burned out in like a month..

Most of the inside lights are 3175's I believe. Someone correct me if I am wrong. And I think the trunk light is a 3022..

Assuming that the Lancers are the same as the Evo for interior lighting. The dome is a 3022, but I don't see any bulb number for the map lights.

 

I got the 12 SMD per bulb kit and it looks incredible. Give me a sec and I will tell you who it was from.

EDIT - I got my kit from these guys: https://www.evolutionm.net/forums/ve...itsubishi.html. I got option 2 with the 12 SMD upgrade. I'm VERY happy with mine!

 

I got mine from the same guy, really pretty good to work with. Had some negative reviews at first (canceled orders or paypal issues or don't know), but my dealing was great and the product is fantastic. Been on my car just short of a year.

 

I wish his post actually had pictures. Can you post any that you have please?

 

I don't have any but I will try to get some. I can tell you they are super bright and white. They were exactly what I was hoping for.
