Tree sap cleaner

Anyone know what product to use to clean tree sap? During a particularly windy weekend, my poor baby got peppered by sap from a nearby tree. Even after several car washes, there's still tree sap on the trunk, roof, and A-pillar. Thanks in advance.

Griot's Speed Shine removes sap in a snap.

I used some car "Goo-gone" on mine which worked pretty well. My advice is to get it off asap though or else it will be much harder to remove.

I have used thinner and it works well. It did dull the finish. Then you need to polish the spot and looks great. Never dulled.

Rubbing alcohol OR Hand Sanitizer ....
Soak, Rub off, wax, polish ....
Use it all the time not just for my car but for others.

sap cleaner

Hi use rubbing alcohol it does and clean job and isnt harsh on your paint it also is cheap. WD40 also works well or any other mild organic solvent that doesnt affect paint tinner is the worst thing you can use

I've used windshield washer concentrate in the past and it takes it right off.

Clay Bar the area unless it is giant hershey kiss sized chunks of sap.

Try either Light or Medium formulations of claybar before you go onto more aggressive chemicals and tools.
