The Evo X remains as a my favourite and preferred daily driver. The Bilstein PSS10 (B16) coilovers turned out to be a great buy. They keep daily commutes comfortable, and yet make the Evo handle as precisely as some of the most sought-after European sportscars. The only shortcomings that keep the Evo from being a true alternative to those are the incessant interior rattles, as well as muted engine note because of the turbo.
Previously, I considered trading in the Evo for a different and newer car. However, the Evo is just so engaging to drive, giving me everlasting smiles every gallon. Most of those cars that I have test driven feel like a downgrade. Thus, the Evo stays.
The wheels are Rays GramLights 57ANA (colour: Shining Silver) 19x9.5 +18, if anyone wants to know. I thought they were too aggressive. However, in practice, they give me no troubles. Over countless potholes and other road hazards, the ContiExtreme DWS06+'s sidewalls never failed (fingers crossed).
