Front brakes seized after car sits-problem or normal?

My front brakes are seized after the car has been sitting for a week or so. A bit a pressure from the gas pedal gets them unstuck and all is good. Does not feel like a normal issue but

Hmm doesnt sound like a real issue. If they would stay siezed or partially siezed i would take it to the dealer. BTW nice list of cars you got there!!

My brakes get seized up from the snow build up.

I have had this happen a couple of times after washing it or after a rain. I guess it is the rust build up between the rotors and the pads. Once i go for a drive everything is normal after the first time i hit the brakes.

Big pads, big rotors, more surface rust.

i get the same thing if i put it in the garage after washing or rain and set the parking brake. they need a little encouragement to "pop" loose. i don't believe it is an issue

same here, happens just by washing the car and parking it for a day or two.
