I remember the Acura Type S Brembos had warping issues and also the G35. Well Nissan had a problem with all their rotors though. My Titan had the worse brakes.

My front disc brakes seemed to have slightly warped during normal driving in late summer where coming to a slow stop at traffic lights would give uneven braking. This was on stock brakes and I tried some higher speed runs with proper cooldown to clean the rotors up to perfect shine and it was still there ever so slightly.

Fast forward to my last trip to the track at Watkins Glen where I was foolish enough to pace a Z06 (on race rubber) for a couple laps through traffic and really pushed the car beyond it's limits. Towards the end of the session I could feel the rotors shudder slightly so I started to do a cooldown lap earlier than normal, but it was too late. It's gotten better after I scuffed the rotors when swapping the stock pads in but even after 4 months of normal driving on stock pads I still get Slightly uneven stopping pulling up to traffic lights.

Likely I'll get these rotors replaced within the 12k period and since I made them aware of it before I ever brought it near a track. I think the stock brakes are quite sensitive to torque on each lug and uneven cooling of a Hot brake pad sticking to the rotor when parked is also another possiblility. I think the real answer is to drive it harder to clean up the rotors.

The squeel you hear could be the heat shield rubbing on something. I had the same thing happen. It was a very loud screech coming from the rotor. It takes 5 minutes to bend it back into place and problem solved. The best part is that it costs 0$.
