Get an alignment and have them zero out your toe. Make sure you are running proper tire pressures. If you're still within 12 months/12k miles Mitsubishi offers warranty coverage on "adjustments" such as a bad factory alignment.

 

What tire pressure do you recommend? I am having the same problem, my inner treads are cupped on all 4 wheels. Had car aligned by my usual shop with 250 miles on the X, rotated 2 times, am now at 7500 miles and car sounds like freight train and the wear is really noticeable. Outer tread wear is minimal, too bad stock tires can't be flipped on the rims.

Running stock toe in front (14 total), total of 19 in the rear, is that the real issue?

Front camber = -1.0

Rear camber = -1.0

My '08 STI had similar wear issues on the inside tread and I was able to flip the star specs when necessary.

Don't want to burn up another set of tires, I DD my '12X and no suspension mods are planned.

I dont have any real good advice, i am currently trying to get my tires covered under warranty. I met with the western canadian yokohama tire rep,he told me the yokohama advan a13 which is the factory tire on most 2013 evos is the firrst year the tire is in production,he figures that is a manufactor defect and they are covered under warranty,but the will only warranty them once the tire is complety worn out,so my best advise is see if your tire manufacturer will warranty ur tires and if not use another tire. I am positive it is not an alignment issue because most inner wall wear comes from negative camber, but almost every sports car runs around -1 camber and doesnt incounter these issues.

I'm having the same issue with my tires, it's getting uneven wear on the front tires. Seems like the alignment is off but I just got it aligned not to long ago! WTH?! I'm not lowered or anything, stock struts and springs. Help!

 

Are these specs safe for the 2014 MR? I called in to a reputable wheel alignment shop and they said they only have specs up to 2012 and that Mitsubishi has not released wheel alignment specs for my car.

Can anybody confirm this? Any wheel alignment shops you guys recommend in the SoCal area?

Sorry to bump an old thread but I'm surprised no one is talking about this point. I can't imagine how an engine turning over can change a car's alignment.

 

in general, you have to roll the car so the suspension/steering/tires will settle in its normal position. power steering running and turning the wheels a bit while tires are on a plate (or sheets of paper for me) helps in my experience
