Spring binding

I have Stance GR+ coilovers and from time to time my springs will get binded on one of my coilovers, and I would have to drive it hard until it realigns itself again (makes no sense, but so far it worked). Is there something wrong with my setup that's causing it to get binded all the time?

Have you talked to Touge Factory or Stance about it? Mike@TougeFactory has been really good when I have questions or issues.

Is Mike from TF the same as Mike from Stance? I talked to Stance about it, they said they can replace the pillowball mount for me, but the noise isn't so loud that I would disassemble the coilover just to get rid of it. I noticed that the spring has a bit of play on the bottom seat on the passenger side (the side that makes noise), but its pretty much set on the driver side. I'm thinking of just loosening the preload on the passenger side to let the spring relax and then re-tightening it again to the current setting.

Also noticed that big people sitting in the passenger seat will make the noise go away, lol
