Straight answer...PLEASE!

Simple question...but apparently a complicated answer...

Work Emotion CR-KAI 18 x 9.5 +20mm w/ Eibach springs

Will they rub or not? That simple...either they will or they won't.

I'm even having vendors change there answers on me...

Can I please get a straight answer for the love of God?

Thank you.

What tires?

They'll clear the brakes fine, but if you go with a 275 wide tire they will rub (so go 265).

Thank you! For now...stock tires until I need to replace...then 265s.

I just had a vendor tell me that the +20 will clear the fronts, but have to roll fenders, and for the rears I need +30 and have to roll fenders. Is that completely false?

Did they think you had an 8/9? On the X there's a good amount of room but +20 is aggressive on an 8/9. Again, the standard 18x9.5 +22 with 265 tires doesn't require any fender work. I think 2mm will likely be just fine.

Perhaps he thinks I have a 9...but I have talked wheels with him before...so who knows.

Again...thank you for the answer.

bryan... fyi, I am running a 18x9.5 +22 and on stock tire sizing it doesn't rub (at about the same height as you). If you go to 265's it will most likely need a fender roll.
