Strut Bar Nut specific torque

In order to install the o2 housing downpipe, I've seen and heard that alot of people are removing the strut bar for that extra room. when you reinstall the strut bar is there any specific lb/ft of torque and the nuts have to be at, or do I just snugg them good and tight..?
