Called the dealer in Canada who has the Bartec 400...OMG...$1995.00 + tax. I can't believe that price...on-line selling for about $1400.00 U.S. for the kit. Gotta get something cheaper if we're going to run winters and summers on separate rims. What about? Anyone bought from these guys?

I talked to my boss today, an he allowed me to extend TPMS swaps for $40-60, with a TPMS reset.

This is only good for Evo X owners.

Nope, just called them and the manufactuer for the TIPS system won't work...looks like that expensive Bartec one is the only one so far...I'm going to keep looking. They can put a man on the moon...

No need to keep looking, just keep emailing russ and eventually the quickset will have support for mitsubishi. 150 is cheap.

That's going to be a problem for me if it can't read the sensors...bought the tires from Ottawadirect.com and the TPMS sensors were already installed so I don't have the codes. Bartec is coming out with one in a few months as well that will apparently read the codes...apparently $300-$400 U.S....
Anyways, keep us all posted on what anyone finds out...gotta get that yellow light off, it's hurting my eyes.

damn, if it's $150, I'd gladly pay it over mitsu prices!! getting the $2k bartec device would not be worth it for me though

its only going to be a problem the first time around, but once you pull the codes after getting it reset at the dealer, you'll be good to go.

150 + one dealer reset = should still be cheaper than 300-400

I hate giving money to my dealership, but let me know when it comes out there...it probably won't get here to Canada for a while afterwards, so I will have to order it from the states. Want to make sure it works as it's difficult to return things cross border. Thanks.

Did some fishing around guys and found the sensors for 33 bones.

That's a good deal...and no wonder they only charged me only $200 CAD at ottawatiredirect for all 4 of them installed....And just look at what they charge people at the dealerships for sensors...highway robbery!
