Wheel paint idea...

I was thinking of maybe getting a graphite or white from Paintscratch and adding some RR metallic flake and painting on the wheels... anyone ever seen anything like this? Then again I could do RR and put white or graphite flake in it... any ideas? I don't really have the money to put into getting expensive wheels right now, so i'm trying to come up with some ideas.

I'd just keep saving your money. The stock wheels aren't wide enough.

wide enough for what? I'm not really worried about width... I just don't want a wheel that looks like every other gold or black out there.

I would go graphite. Gives it a more "aggressive" look.

Sounds like a cool idea. I like the grey with rr flakes! Can't wait to see some pics.

I love how noobs will just throw any random comment out to get their thread count up.
(the two above me)
What are you painting them with?
I dont know about the whole flake idea, it wont even be visible after driving 20 miles, the brakes will turn your wheels black.

^^

They aren't going to turn black from the brakes, unless your pads are super dusty.

You might want to call some local paint shops to see if there is anyone local who can mix paint in a spray can for you. I found a shop locally that can do it and it is cheaper than paintscratch.

I painted mine, matched color to black with gold in it,
on wheels u cant really see it unless u wash it every day. Another thing when u get new tires carefull who puts them on for you i had mine all scrached around rim. Idiots!.

used 2pac paint. primer, 2coats paints, 2coats clear from what i can remember.

Edit: Sorry about size used link from local forum
