No, not if those are the wheel spec’s you would be getting. (18x7.5 +45mm offset)

The stock wheels are 18x8.5 +35mm offset. There are two problems with the wheel you posted:
1) The offset is 10mm in the wrong direction. This wheel would more than likely scrap the calipers due to the offset being so high. The higher the offset, the closer the hub/spokes of the wheel will be recessed within the wheel wells.

2) The wheel is obviously 1 inch thinner in width which although wont be a problem, would look very odd given the size of the wheel wells that the X has. The only reason why I could ever think of someone wanting to run a much thinner wheel/tire would be for extreme snow purposes and even that most guys run their stock wheels with either a 235 or 225 width tire.

Lastly, if you are considering a set of wheels most people run a wheel width of at least 9 inches with an offset ranging from +30mm to +15mm. Most would say the ideal set-up without having to do any sort of fender rolling in 18x9.5 +22 offset. Even if your car is lowered you still should not experience rubbing issues if you run a 265/35/18 tire.

Hope this helped
~Ryan

Here is a similar wheel for a little bit more, can't really compete with $520 wheels though.
Rota Boost in flat black with red stripe.

And it will fit.

yea I was looking at those for a little but then had a reality check because I can't afford them i'm trying to keep it under $800 shipped

I actually think I found a nice set of rims on Amazon for a tiny bit more:

Also what do you think is the largest offset that will fit on the X before any fender rolling??

Save your money, keep the stockers, imo. Think about what you can have for the money instead of a set of rims that are arguably lower quality than the ones you had before you spent the $$$.

Why are you looking at 18x8.5 rims, when that's what we came with stock?

No offense, but if you can't afford to spend $1K on rims for your $35K car then you should probably just wait a little longer, and paint your stockers.

As others have mentioned, the fitments on the wheels you posted are not "ideal" for the Evo X. In the first reply, Spoolin11, provided some great info regarding wheel fitment for the Evo X.

If you are on a budget I would highly recommend Rota Wheels. We carry a wide variety of models specifically for the Evo X. These wheels fit well, are great quality, and are affordable! Here are a few examples of wheels similar to the style/color you were looking at

Rota Boost 18x9 +20 Flat Black Red Lip

Rota G-Force 18x9 +30 Gun Metallic (stock Evo X tires and stock suspension)

Rota G-Force 18x9 +30 Flat Black Red Lip

Rota SVN 18x9 +20 Flat Black

As you can see they all fit great and will not require any modifications Another advantage with the 18x9 model is that you can run OEM 245/40/18 tires for now and upgrade to a much wider 265/35/18 tire in the future. If you have any questions about these setups feel free to PM me and or call me in the shop

what warranty??? ur parents are in for a suprise, most mitsu dealers will rarely cover anything on the evo. they will almost always blame you for racing until u get the lawyers involved.
