suspension recomendations

Well i have 1000 to 1500 to spend on suspension for autocross type driving in my 08 gsr what do you guys feel would be the best bang for the buck? im thinking lowering springs first but i need recomendations on springs and then whats next ? i want to get rid of the body roll. is there enough ajustability in the car for lowering springs to correct camber settings?

After my research on the forums I'm leaning towards Muellerized stg 1+ It's around what your looking to spend but you get front and rear sway bars and alignment. Not sure if theirs a shop by you that does stuff like his.

The assortment of Cusco bars I've bolted on have been worth it for me.

Right now I don't think there is a good lowering spring for the X that is a big improvement for handling. Swifts IMO would be the best, but it's not a huge step up in terms of grip. Looks nice though.

Swaybars front and rear (we use Whiteline) make a nice difference. The entry level Eibach coilovers are a solid upgrade. Whiteline makes a few bushings that help.

I just ordered a set from AMR about 3 weeks ago. They need about 6-8 weeks lead time as they custom build the set your request. I am hoping to have them mid April and I will be documenting my install and impressions. Give Andy a call and see what he can do for you.

I'd say Swifts, rear bar, and Whiteline RCK up front.

You could do a front bar but it's a bit of work to install. You could always add one later on.

plus a whiteline RCK and maybe a Perrin PSRS (if you don't care about SCCA classing rules).

WORKS seems to have discontinued their springs and now sell Swift. That should end any debate over lowering springs for performance.
