Whiteline roll center kit install price???
On average what do you think it would cost to have a shop install the whiteline roll center adjuster kit? I'm installing my coilovers tmrw but dont really feel like messing with the ball joints and stuff, its just not my cup of tea. Will most alignment shops be able to install them? I figured since I was going to have to do an alignment on the car anyways I would just have the shop install the kit too. Any thoughts?

the alignment shop will be able to install the tie rod portion of the white line kit, no problem....but to install the LCA portion, they might or might not be able too....it depends on the shop itself and if they have a press to get the old LCA bushing out
if you go to any regular alignment shop, they most likely won't touch it....but if you go to a performance shop that does springs, coilovers, sway bars and alignments...i am sure they have the knowledge and tools to get the job done
btw i would say a good price for a "shop" to install the white line rca kit...would be around $150

Well around here there arent any performance shops that specialize in aftermarket suspensionss and setups. Thats one of the drawbacks of living on the beach, ****!

I wouldn't pay no more than 2 hours labor to do this job....its really not that hard and shops simply don't have to jack up the price because of their flat hourly rates

guys the RCA doesn't "tighten" anything up. You likely had other things wrong if your car felt loose before and didn't after (bad alignment, other parts installed).
The *only* time you're going to "feel" the RCA is when you're in a hard corner at speed. Around town, unless you drive like a jackass, you're not feeling anything but confirmation bias.

I was charged an hour to do it, by a performance shop.
I wouldn't, personally, trust any "normal" mechanic to do it, but I don't doubt they COULD. I just don't let anyone touch my car except Goofygrin and other people I love dearly.

I'm touched lol.
It took me a couple hours to do it in my garage. I'm not sure how you could do it in 30 minutes considering you have to jack the car up, take the front wheels off, take the lower control arm out, press out and press in the bushing. Even with a lift and air tools I think you're easily looking at 90 minutes.
