racing brake hands down. check out motorsport performance group on here M.P.G. you will get a great deal and awesome pads. i run the et800s, I DD my car but there aggressive. if you never plan on tracking your car, check out the et500s. many people have run them with great success. little dust, no noise, better initial bite than stock and better heat coefficient. gl w/ your search PM me if you have any questions about RB

I wouldn't recommend the RB pads because they don't last very long........

No but I have AT LEAST 10 friends with them on their cars and I have not heard a single squeak come from them. I've heard all these cars ON and OFF the track with them as well. I will be purchasing a set for myself shortly because my race pads are getting a bit too crazy on the street(whole intersection looks over at me )

I have them. They don't squeal more than OEM pads.

thats good to know, these are the ones that stoptech says are good upto 1300 degrees, right?

Do you know what brake dust is like with these? I often go months with out washing my car (washed it for the first time this weekend since buying it 3 months ago), so brakes dust is something I consider, but it is last on the list of importance

Not sure about the 1300 deg question. They are street performance brake pads. I would say they are better than OEM in the brake dust department, but frankly I have not been paying too much attention, plus I do wash my car every week because of the freaking road salt around here.

Is it 1,300 degrees? I thought it would be lower like 1k. Yeah I wouldn't know much about brake dust either because I wash my every 1-2 weeks(1 month at most)

I was talking to someone from Stoptech when I was buying a bbk for my old car, this was before they started making pads. whoever I talked to said the pads were gonna be good for 1300 degrees, but i'm not sure if these are the ones he was talking about... maybe the 1300 degree ones aren't the street pads and what I was thinking of with the squeeling comment...

Yeah, as far as I know, stoptech only makes one pad which is the street performance pad. These are a pretty decent pad that I would use for autox or aggressive street driving. Even though they're pretty cheap as is, if you want something cheaper just for DD and that dusts less, you can always get some posiquiets.

i have the cosworth track masters and i love them. initial bite is worlds better then stock and they don't squeak at all. only time they squeaked was after doing some very aggressive driving and even at that the noise went away shortly
