Im looking to replace my stock wheels. I have new rubber on them so i want to get some wheels that will take the stock rubber.

this size and offset should be fine right?

Advan RGII Wheel 18x8.5 5x114.3
- Offset 31mm
- Wheel Color Gold

I absolutely love these wheels! I think they'll look sexy with the octane blue. I was quoted $2454.36 with delivery through vividracing.com. Is this a good deal or can I get a better deal through someone else?

This is my first EVO, but ive been modifying cars for a long time now. Thanks for the help.

That size and offset is actually not that agressive. It will fit "like" stock! Congrats on the Evo and have fun modding. Cheers

If you HAVE to re-use the stock tires, those advans also come in 18x9.

18x10 +25 requires fender rolling in the rear. That's the only issue I forsee. And yes Touge Factory hooks it up quick and cheap.

If you search a bit, you can find EvoM members running stock tires on 9.5" wide rims. I plan on doing it, if my rims get here before I run out of tread anyways. Id go wider than 8.5".

If you don't race, there's no reason to go wide other than for looks. Staying small saves weight... I just ordered 9" rims, and that should be perfect until you're up in the 400HP range...
