need help with rear alignment

I'm currently having problems with the rear eccentric washer part#MN184102 on the driver side. The bolt keeps on breaking the tooth in the washer. I am lowered on Eibach springs and have factory wheels. I have no idea why this washer keeps on failing. I can't seem to find any solution for this. Would rear control arms fix this?

Have you recently had a wheel alignment?

Yes, that's when the washer was broken. The tech ends up breaking it when doing the alignment..
