Those wheels will do a little stretching on your stock tires but they will fit. I would look into a lower offset wheel though instead of those +30, try to see if they carry a +20 for a more flush look
I am not that much experienced either about tire sizes with all the offsets gets involved... I look at the rim size and see if the tire I get will fit it. What I did was to call up tirerack and they hooked me up. I just chose the tire (continental extreme contact DWS all seasons which I am ordering a new set of) and fit perfectly. Just tell them that you are getting ROTA p45rs and give them the size measures they will find you a new set of tire or tell you if the stock ones will fit just fine.
I never had ANY problems with tirerack at all and refereed at least 7 people to them and all are happy with them.

Well the offset doesnt really matter on the tires size, Offset is just gonna bring the rim in or out however u like it, flush is the most common, with that rim size i would reccomend a 25540R18 it migh just stretch the tire very minor but it will clear the front fender front touchin when u make some u turns!! A lot of ppls go with a 2753518 which i think is a lil too much...looks nice and wide if u buildin a show car!!! Street car 2554018 will be nice, plenty of foot print on the ground for the awd evo.

You should find a 18x9.5 wheel with a minimum offset of +22 for a 'perfect' fit. As far as tires, you can run up to 265's on a 9.5" wide wheel. Here is a little breakdown on offsets:

That being said, you can run any offset you'd like. Under +22 will require some fender rolling depending on the tire size you choose. This may sound confusing at first, but you'll get a hang of it.
Also, ditch the Rota's and throw a couple hundred more dollars to get yourself some nice RPF1's. They're well worth the money.
