How to adjust height of the front coilover ohlin

noob question here, I am wondering how to adjust the front coilover height for a a set of ohlin road and track. The instruction manual points to a nut which allegedly controls the height. Ive circled what i think is the nut in the actual pic. Firstly am I looking at the right nut and secondly do I need to lossen both the top and bottom nut and then strut will slide freely up and down?? or will one full turn of this nut raise/lower the height by 2mm as stated in the instructions? They are hard to access/unscrew because of the brake line bracket so I want to make sure I am trying to do the right thing before I start.

You loosen those allen bolts so the lower mount can spin freely, one you do that adjust up or down for desired height.

That little typo might throw the OP. Once you loosen BOTH allen bolts, the whole shock will spin in the lower bracket with each full rotation altering height by 2mm.

Thanks Jade , Ok so to confirm:

1) I need to loosen BOTH the upper and lower allen bolts I circled in red in the picture (I only circled the upper one)

2) Once the allen bolts are loose, I will be able to turn the strut so that the "upright bracket" screws/turns up and down those threads (the threads on the strut shown right above the "upright bracket" in the instruction pamphlet pic pic)?

3)Also not sure how tight to tighten those allen bolts afterwards, didnt see any spec in the pamphlet for those particular bolts

cheers

Edit:
the post above answered 1 and 2, thanks Iowa! Now just wondering about the third

I don't know the spec value (and can't find it on the web), but it's very low. Back in the days of GC sleeve kits, DSMers were always over-torquing and stripping those things. It only needs to be tight enough to keep the threads engaged and stop the shock body from rotating. It's crazy low, like 8-10 ft-lbs. I wish I could give you the spec value.
