Question Tein coilover super street help!!!

Hi guy New Evo x owner here and I have run into my first real problem. I have to have my car aligned because to much negative camber is chewing the inside of my tires off to the point that I have already ate two tires the first going just after getting the car which I chalked up to tire failure the second I know what the problem is. Anyway before having it aligned I realized that I have Tein Superstreets #D2E18-U1746-R on my car and finding out that they are adjustable I decided that before I have it aligned I want to raise it up some as I live in east bubble fuc@ed. My problem is this. All of the information I find says to loosen the bottom ring at the top of the strut body and tighten the top two against each other and turn clockwise to lower and counter clockwise to raise the ride height. I only have two rings on mine "the top two" the bottom one which is suppose to lock the threaded stut body is not there is this right or am I missing parts? can I still adjust wit just the two rings?

Your coilovers are not dual height adjustable...you only have the spring perch to adjust height.

Have you tried contacting your suspension vendor for support?
