So I purchased some OZ Ultraleggara wheels at a really good price but they're 18x8 with bolt pattern 5x110 and I know ours are 5x114 and so I purchased a conversion kit with 20mm wheel spacers. I'm not that knowledgeable on wheels but I know that mine can fit but I was just wondering if anyone else has run a conversion kit on their Evos. I've heard that as long as the torque wrench is used properly there shouldn't be any issues but I'm still a little undecided on putting them on my car. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

 

Spacers just have to be torqued correctly, other wise you will have a vibration at higher speeds

My input is to put the wheels on eBay or CraigsList.

At best, you might use them for your snow-tires. The only other use for them that I can think of is if you are forced to run 225s for some reason, such as FIA rally specs (but nobody in their right mind runs spacers on a rally car, so not really).

 

Yea I think I'm just gonna sell them.
