offset gurus HELP!

So I'll be replacing my XXR wheels soon and the current specs are 8x8.75 +20 with 255/40 series tires. I had to add 12mm spacers to make things flush. The new wheels im getting is 8x9.5 +12 and I would have to add 3mm to clear the brakes and will be sticking with the 255/40 tires. With my current setup I had to roll the rear a little and it rub lightly in full lock in the front. My question is how much difference would it be with the new wheels. Will I rub more or less? I've tried offset calculators online but doesn't seem to help. Thanks

Well, I'm pretty sure you won't need any spacers for the new wheels you're getting. 18x9.5 +12 should fit fine. With that setup, you'd need to toll the rears and your front fender liner would be rubbing. You might rub a bit more since 18x9.5 +12 is pretty aggressive.
