suspension stiffening

Hi all I am looking for a way if there is any to stiffen my rear suspension I have 3 12s in the truck, I would say they are about 50 pounds each. I notice that my rear is lower then my front just wondering if there is any way to fix that without changing my suspension?

No. You are unable to stiffen your current suspension without changing your current suspension.

This is because you are unable to alter the spring constant because that characteristic is fixed for each spring.

OK so do you have any recommendations for another suspension I could use that's stronger?

Actually, you can stiffen coil springs by adding rubber gizmos. If the OP googles "spring stiffeners" he or she will see the options. Not that I'd do this to my car, but, then again, I'm not the sort to have three subwoofers in my trunk, so what I'd do is irrelevant.

I suppose I wouldn't add the rubber gizmos. How heavy can 3 12" subwoofers be? I think it is something else. Granted we run 12k springs in the rear, but even with ballast the rear doesn't move even a smidge.

You are better than me, I didn't know what the "3 12s in the trunk" was referring to.

Well, I'm not very young, so maybe I'm wrong about what the three 12" things are, but my memory is that the magnets on some sub-woofers are very heavy and I couldn't think of any other explanation for the first post.

ps. a good way to ensure that the files that you downloaded onto the computer owned by whomever you work for are no longer there when you bring the computer back to the office from home is to put the CPU on top of a mondo subwoofer magnet; not that I have ever had any need for this

I pictured this, minus the 1911 in his trunk when he said 3 12's.

Back in the day when I was a young whippersnapper I had one badass woofer. 12" that weighed by itself no box 55 lbs. so this member with box and woofers is probably carrying around an xtra 200-225 lbs.

Well, to be honest, when I see the word "hoops" (even if in someone's name) I immediately think of giant white rabbits with guns, so that all works out.

ps. if any of you get the reference to which I'm alluding, then all I can say is "old school D&D rocks!" and then boast that I once DM'd Gary Gygax

I would like to know what to do as well. I only have 1 15in so maybe about 75lbs extra in the trunk and I also notice that the back is lower in the back on stock suspension. I will be getting swift springs in the next month or two.

Specifications

Front Drop: 1.25"
Rear Drop: 1.0"

So I hope that it does a little leveling.
