Evo x gsr rims problem?

Hi everyone,
Is anyone that had this problem?
The car is 4 years old,in a garage with only 10000khm.
The three of the four rims became like that.Pls help what is this and what i have to do?Is that a kind of corrosion?

My wheels are doing this too. I think the paint is just slowly chipping off. Nothing you can do about that other than sanding the bubbled and edges of the peeling paint and repaint those areas. Or blasting all of the paint off the wheels and repainting them.

Yes, my wheel shows signs of wear as well. Maybe it's due to long exposure to debris/heat

Thank you all for your answers.
I went to the local dealer and they told me that there is nothing they can do from their side and that it is my fault /i cause this.
Any way i thing I'm gone to paint them.
