Lowering springs

I have a 2011 X MR and would like some help in which ones would be best for that setup. I’ve looked on MAP and STM but not sure which would be the best performance.

I don't have an real-world experience with them yet, but I plan on going with Swift spec-r springs on my 11 MR. In my honda day's we used swift on AMR coilovers with great success. So I plan on giving them a shot.

thanks! Those were in the running as they had the most and best reviews. Also didn’t know if design as “straight” or “honey comb” made a difference either.
