The man charged in September's deadly crash on the Las Vegas Strip now faces allegations of attacking a jail guard. Authorities say Stephen Ressa stabbed a guard in the neck with a pencil last week. The guard is expected to be okay.

Ressa's lawyer says it's clear his client is -- in his words "delusional" -- and he will be re-examined by a mental health professional.

Ressa is charged with three counts of murder after police say he plowed into a crowd of tourists on the Strip.

the hardest part is trying to cope with the other 3 walked away with nothing while one can still die.... Just doesnt make sense how much the smallest details of a crash can leave one person dead and 3 with scratches...

i guess the only fitting ending for this guy would be to have mark's family run over him in an Evo multiple times.

 

^^can we be a little bit more respectful than that. i don't think now is the right time to be throwing things like that around. indeed, mark has been a HUGE loss to this community and his family and friends in Cali. and yes that man is a terrible person and probably deserves what you said but i just feel that statement is disrespectful to mark's legacy. i said it earlier and i will say it again. Rest In Peace. we will forever mourn your loss and remember your contributions.
