Site Users, please read RE: Mark (KK)
Rip!
Being a new member here I didnt know Mark at all! After reading every single post from everyone here who knew him or did not, I can not believe the world has lost such a wonderful person. It says in the bible that God will take all of the great (good) people and leave the bad behind. All we know is that Mark must be in a better place and at rest!
The entire dealership at Gillman Mitsubishi of San Marcos offers our support and condolences to Mark, his family, and friends.
If there is anything we can do to help evolutionm.net to thrive and continue to provide an outstanding site for its members and enthusiasts please let me know!

unfreaking believable. i think we should do the drunkards the same as they did Mark. We need middle eastern court system over to regulate & punish people for their crimes IN PUBLIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i feel for Mark & wish his family the best as the holiday season is coming & it will get worse for them b4 it gets better. i had an uncle who was killed by being run over by a bus & no one even called for help...

I'm terribly sorry to hear of this. I don't come around so much these days since my Lancer is gone, but I never expected to pop in an see this. All my sympathies go to those who knew Mark - he really did accomplish a lot here and I know I'll always be thankful for that.

I didn't know the guy, but my condolensces(I know it's spelled wrong) go out to those involved. I hate it when irresponsible people take the lives of innocent people going on and having fun with their lives. It kind of puts things in perspective. We in the performance automotive community, not just Evo's, possess high powered vehicles. They are toys but can turn into weapons in a blink of an eye. Please be careful and be responsible.

Rest In Peace.

It's sad when we lose someone but it's truly a tragedy when we lose someone in this manner. Everyone deals with loss differently, it's something very personal and individual.
I was standing still at a red light on my motorcycle when a drunk hit me from behind at 50mph. I never saw him coming. I woke up 6 hours later in a hospital and they were putting me back together. There wasn't much I could do, the guy had no insurance, no drivers license, it had allready been revolked for dwi, and he left me for dead. Witnesses got the number on the license plate and the cops went and arrested him. He was still drunk and the car was hidden in the garage.
It took me a while to put my life back together. I had to find a way to deal with the anger before it consumed me. Bad accidents happen, yours and mine were gross stupidity and should never have happened, but we don't live in a perfect world.
When things like this happen it reminds me that we're here for a very short time and it can be shortenend in a flicker.
When something like this happens all we can do is be there for one another. I am fortunate to have lived thru my tragedy with the help of my family and some good friends. I can't say that I feel your pain, it's different to everybody, but my heart goes out to the family and friends.
Cherish what you have and live life to the fullest while you have it.
