Has any one produced a carbon fiber hood yet for the lancer

it may juss be me but that hood juss looks painted black...why would they cut the hood to put in a carbon fiber piece? i may be wrong...

 

i dunno the specs 4 that for for sure but i was thinking similar...but then again, it could be a cf hood with the sides painted yellow

 

it's not a CF hood...if you look at the pics on road race you can see under the hood and clearly see the yellow...but i do still think it looks smoothe

 

i was thinking the samething i was just wondering most carbon fiber hoods that i've seen come in black can you paint over this or does this material have to stay this color. not familiar with carbon fiber much. thanks agian

 

Well, the site www.dgmotorsports.com does sell carbon fiber hoods for our car you can just look it up yourself and as in the color you can paint over carbon fiber if you wanted to.

 

its stock hood w/ center peice painted...ive seen dat car @ hunting beach Mitsubishi..

 

IS it still there on display?

 

its not carbon fiber. its just painted.
