Take the badge off by heating it up and using dental floss or fishing line to weave between the badge and the paint. Then use goo gone to get the glue off by rubbing and rubbing some more. I just did it this weekend in about 15 minutes. Don't forget to wax after using goo gone.

Get some goo gone and and SOFT car rag. just keep working it on and it'll keep coming off in little chunks. With the goo gone or bug & tar remover on the glue, you can use your thumb nail to get most of the big chunks off. Don't use anything else besides your finger nails though, unless you DON'T like your paint that is!

Yea what those guys said. Just go to the hardware store and buy some goof off, goof gone etc. You could also get some rubbing alcohol and a soft rag and rub it off with your nails, but it could take you a while.

I've used Goo Gone and it works, but I think a Chisel would be even better.

i used an eraser type drill attachment that my buddy that details had laying around. basically made for this, but it will save you a ton of time if you het it up first, if you dont have a heat gun then just use a blowdryer. it takes a little bit of patience, even with the right tool, and you might want someone to hold the trucklid open for you so you dont have to sit, i found it a better angle at least. remember to wax after you are dont though. as with any bug, tar, or adhesive remover it is really important. just takes a little bit of elbow grease. good luck. i am really happy with the look of it.

I always use WD-40 to remove the stickies, exhaust spatter, bug juice, and all underhood cleaning.

I just rolled the glue off with my finger. It came right off, took about 5 minutes. And no harsh goo gone on the paint.
